Power down terminal, take out the battery and turn off terminal from power supply
Place battery back into the terminal and immediately key in 792 (quickly) as terminal is booting up
Terminal will ask for access code enter 782377, Enter
Select #2 Software List
If you do see 6 line items, press the red menu key until the terminal begins to reboot and should be ready to process again. If you have any questions at this point you can call Charge Anywhere at 1-800-211-1256
You should see 6 line items. If you do not see 6 lines then the terminal needs to be sent in for repair
